Select what suits your skin as cream based are for dry skin and gels for oily type. Moisturizing your face every day will help rehydrate your skin and makes it soft and supple. Many of the facial moisturizers contain vitamins and other ingredients which are beneficial and add as a bonus for your skin.

Step # 5

U-V Protection

The ultra violet radiations causes sun burns, wrinkles, pre mature aging and cancer. There is a need to protect our skin from UV radiations and prevent ourselves from its side effects. A good sun screen blocks the harmful effects of the suns UVA and UVB rays. Look for sunscreens that contain zinc oxide and titanium dioxide to absorb rays and reflect them off the skin. Dermatologists recommend using a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30 for everyday use, but if you are exposed to the sun for prolonged hours then opt for a higher SPF.
