- Sun Exposure – Try to limit suns exposure as the ultra violet rays might worsen the dark circles. Protect your skin by using a broad spectrum of sun block, choose a formula that is SPF 30 or higher. Wear sun glasses and hat when going out to protect the skin from the sun’s damage.
