  • Chickpeas boiled or canned – 1 cup
  • Cucumber diced – 1\2 cup
  • Onion diced – 1\2 cup
  • Tomatoes diced – 1\2 cup
  • Corn frozen – 1\2 cup
  • Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Chaat Masala – 1\2 teaspoon (optional)


Step 1

Wash and soak chickpeas overnight and boil them the next day. If you are using canned you don’t have to boil, use it as it is.

Step 2

Wash all the vegetables and dice them.

Step 3

Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix them well.
