Ingredients

  • Yogurt – 1 Cup
  • Mango – 1 Small Bowl
  • Strawberries – 1 Small Bowl
  • Blueberries – 1 Small Bowl
  • Dates – 2
  • Almonds – 5 to 7
  • Flax Seeds – 1 Teaspoon
  • Chia Seeds – 1 Teaspoon
  • Milk – 1 Cup Optional

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add some ice if you like it chilled. Pour in a glass and enjoy.
